MercyAscot gets pink during Pink Ribbon Walk in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and in support of Pink October, almost 80 MercyAscot staff joined thousands of other New Zealanders on the Pink Ribbon Walk in Auckland to raise awareness and funds to help beat breast cancer

One in nine New Zealand women will develop breast cancer at some time in their life*. As a healthcare provider, MercyAscot encourages all staff with a family history of breast cancer or aged over 45 to take a mammogram if they haven’t had a breast screen in the past 12 months.

Transforming patient lives with value-based healthcare pathways

The team at Mercy Breast Clinic, a service provided by Mercy Radiology, is passionate about ensuring the best outcomes for patients with breast health issues, providing comprehensive care while partnering with patients throughout their journey from initial consultation, through diagnostic imaging and diagnosis to treatment – all in one place.
