Faye Stubbs - Charge Nurse Manager

I joined MercyAscot at the end of 2008 and developed an interest in the neurosurgical patients working across in the HDU in addition to our East Wing ward. In 2012 I became the Team Leader of the High Dependency Unit which was a new position for the organisation.  In September 2017 I was successful in becoming the Charge Nurse Manager of East Wing & HDU which I am really enjoying.

During my time here I have been fortunate to participate in Leadership training and have completed my certificate in Advanced Nursing. The Learning & Development team at MercyAscot support education and can provide guidance and direction for you to achieve your goals. The management team and the ward team have all provided me with support to realise my potential here.

The teams I work with are my motivation and their hard work, dedication and desire to provide outstanding care for all our patients is what makes me enthusiastic about my role and they make the ward a great place to work.
